Changes Coming to the DAS at Disneyland

Disability Access Service (DAS) at Disneyland is getting another overhaul.

Learn how this service supports Guests who, due to a developmental disability like autism or similar, are unable to wait in a conventional queue. Plus, find details about the registration process and usage guidelines.

What's changing are the guidelines which are more clear and the inclusion of health professionals (if or when necessary) during the DAS approval process. The DAS program's purpose is also more clearly defined, supporting Guests who, due to a developmental disability like autism or similar, are unable to wait in a conventional queue for an extended period of time.

Another change is how many guests can accompany the person requesting the DAS service. DAS party size will allow a max 4, with the exceptions for families.

The parks will be adding additional options for guests who may not qualify for DAS.

The DAS will remain valid longer! Starting June 18, 2024, DAS will be valid for the length of the ticket or up to 120 days, whichever is shorter. Once the service has elapsed, Guests will need to re-register for the program.

Please note: Guests visit from April 9 through June 17, 2024 DAS if granted, will be valid for up to 30 days, or when a new ticket is required.

If you are new to this program, here’s how it works.
