Don't Miss Descanso Gardens Holiday Event Enchanted Forest of Light

Descanso Gardens Announces the 2022 Dates for Their Popular Holiday Event Enchanted Forest of Light

A must see this holiday season. Enchanted Forest of Light is an interactive, nighttime experience unlike anything else in Los Angeles featuring a one-mile walk through unique lighting experiences in some of the most beloved areas of Descanso Gardens November 20, 2022—January 8, 2023.

Popular returning favorites include an entire town of magical “stained glass” creations built in the Rose Garden by contemporary sculptor Tom Fruin; sparkling geometric installations from HYBYCOZO on the Main Lawn; Flower Power on the Promenade; and exquisite lighting effects in the Ancient Forest.

This has become one of our absolute favorite holiday events to attend and sells out very quickly. “We are thrilled to celebrate the return of Enchanted Forest of Light,” said Juliann Rooke, Executive Director of Descanso Gardens. “Visitors will be happy to experience their favorite holiday season event again. But tickets go quickly, so we encourage everyone to purchase early to get their preferred dates and times.”

Visitors are invited to explore the wonder of Enchanted Forest of Light at Descanso Gardens from November 20, 2022—January 8, 2023. Tickets are currently on sale to members and the general public at descansogardens.org.

Support the Gardens and be the first to experience Enchanted Forest of Light at the Preview Party fundraiser on Saturday, November 19. The event will give visitors a chance to experience the show before it opens to the public on November 20. Tickets include food and drinks, plus special entertainment and directly benefit the Gardens. They are currently on sale for $195.
