You will be running. You will be climbing. You will be crawling. You will get MUDDY!!! Therefore, we recommend wearing comfortable, athletic clothing that you don't mind getting damaged or stained. Closed-toe shoes are required! A water-rinse station is provided at the event, but we can not guarantee that showers will be provided at the venue.
