The always anticipated Boysenberry Festival at Knott’s Berry Farm is upon us and this year there are new foods, and entertainment to experience. From the all new Tasting Card options to a totally awesome 80’s flash back dance party and fun new merchandise, the Boysenberry Festival is the perfect time to visit with your friends and the entire family! Here is the complete guide to it all so you can plan your visits!
Starting with this years’ Tasting Card, it has almost double the options compared to last year! With a total of 26 options, the best way to enjoy this foodie-focused event is to purchase a Tasting Card. This card is your best game plan allowing you 8 tastings for just $40 ($38 if you are a season pass holder). The festival runs daily March 20th thuough April 19th and if you don’t manage to finish all your tabs during your visit they are good to use throughout the duration of the festival! Knott’s will have extended hours on select days March 20 – April 19, allowing you and your family extra time to take advantage of all of the limited-time offerings.
So what should you use your tabs for you ask? Averaging out the cost per tab, check the price of what you are interested in to decide if it’s worth the trade. $38 for 8 tastings averages to be $4.75 per item so look for options that are higher priced to get the most value out of your card! You always have the option to outright purchase any item individually.
This year’s event will introduce an entirely new food lineup featuring a selection of 26 food and drink tasting items. Tasting cards provide samplings of the delicious one-of-a-kind boysenberry items at select locations throughout the park and are available at Knotts.com or at the theme park. This year’s new merchandise includes a new selection of event themed apparel, pajama sets, festival-inspired parasols plus new packaged food items perfect for take-home souvenirs like the new boysenberry tequila and whiskey and spiced wine preserves, boysenberry Irish cream coffee, boysenberry cake batter cookies, boysenberry vinaigrette dressing, boysenberry hot sauce, and boysenberry sarsaparilla.
Special items include boysenberry chocolate varieties, jerky, soda, candy, coffee, and a complete bath and body line. You can even purchase a boysenberry plant to take home and grow your own boysenberries.
The Knott’s Berry Market also features signature boysenberry items like the delicious boysenberry BBQ sauce and their classic jams and preserves. And to top the event off, be sure to shop the unique boysenberry inspired artisan products available at the Boysenberry Festival Craft Fair featuring 30 local craft vendors within the park.

Not a passholder yet? The best way to savor every day of the Knott’s Boysenberry Festival and all of the other Seasons of Fun is with a 2020 Season Pass. A Regular Season Pass includes unlimited admission in 2020 to Knott’s Berry Farm with no blackout dates, and a Gold Season Pass includes unlimited admission in 2020 to both Knott’s Berry Farm and Knott’s Soak City Waterpark with no blackout dates. Regular passes are just $101 or six easy payments of $13.50 after an initial payment and Gold Passes are $125 or six easy payments of just $17.00 after an initial payment.
