Dare to be scared in an entirely new way this Halloween season! Urban Legends invites you to experience your favorite Southern California urban legends from the safety of your own vehicle. Enter the OC fairgrounds in Costa Mesa if you dare and enjoy a drive-thru haunt experience filled with immersive storytelling and terrifying scenes. Throughout your drive experience three interactive show zones with an immersive show of lights, sound, special effects and monsters that will come alive.

This all new experience is brought to you by the producers behind Winter Fest OC and the previous Creative Director and Producer of Queen Mary's Dark Harbor. They have teamed up to develop an innovative and safe way for Halloween fans to experience the thrills and chills of Halloween in spite of the pandemic.
How does it work: As guests arrive within their reserved time session, their vehicles will be staged in groups through timed ticketing. Once inside they will be guided in groups through five different Scare Zones on a clearly defined course that lays out the tales of the scariest Urban Legend monsters! The drive-thru experience is about 45-minutes long.
Dates and Times:
Wednesdays-Sundays from October 1 through November 1, 2020
October 1-4, 7-11, 14-18, 21-25, & 28 7pm-11 p.m.
October 29-31 & November 1 7p.m.-midnight
A few things to know before you go:
All guests must be in a seat with seatbelt, no riding in the back of a pickup vehicle
All guests must wear masks during the experience when they choose to open their windows, this will help prevent the transmission of COVID-19 and also allows for a fully immersive experience with our monsters
Speed limit inside the experience is 3 mph, attendants will be along the route to monitor
While inside the (3) show areas, guests must turn off their engines during the entire show
All guests must remain in their vehicle at all times during the event experience
Guests must only experience the event in their vehicle, guests arriving through other means such as motorcycles, bicycle, walk-ups, etc. will not be permitted
The only way you can experience this event is to purchases your tickets online. There are a limited number of reservations available per time session. Tickets start at $49 per vehicle (includes up to 5 guests per vehicle). Vehicles with 6 or more guests, price starts at $69 per vehicle. There will also be a specific lane for VIPs which will include more immersive elements, drive-thru selfie opportunities and more tricks and treats. VIP tickets will start at $69….. Stay tuned!
