Barbacoa Sopes made simple with the help of Del Real Foods

Love sopes but don't like all the steps in making them? They are simpler than you think with the help of a few items from Del Real foods. We normally serve Barbacoa along with a side of rice but this time I wanted to change it up. I made these super tasty sopes with the Barbacoa and a few fresh toppings, and boy were they a hit! They taste like you spent hours in the kitchen, I won't tell if you don't wink, wink. 

The super simple steps are below but here is what you will need to gather up:

• Del Real Foods Sopes 
• Del Real Foods Barbacoa
• Del Real Foods Refried Beans
• Queso fresco
• Cilantro
• Avocado
• Green Onion

Here's what you will do:

In a frying pan add a bit of olive oil and warm up sopes. While they are warming heat up the barbacoa and beans so you will be ready to assemble. Have the rest of your ingredients at hand sliced and ready to layer. Once your sopes are hot and patted dry of any access oil start assembling them with a layer of beans, barbacoa, and the rest of your toppings. That's it! Serve hot and provecho!
