What I'm doing to prepare for the big 50
Though it's still several years away (gulp), I've been thinking about where I want to be and how I want to look when I turn 50. I don't feel I look my age and want to keep it that way. In doing some research, I have reached out to Contempo Aestetics in Pasadena for a consultation. I am sold on the thought of having my non invasive treatments personally performed by a board certified physician and am excited to get started.

A little background : I have a pretty busy schedule running around chasing my girl. I know there is more that I can do to help keep my appearance up besides eating healthy, exercise and getting lots of rest.
I've changed the amount of toxins I intentionally use in my daily life. Removed several with easy by switching to organic make up and chemical free skin care as well as ditching aluminum filled deodorants. Little changes here and there can make a difference I feel while setting an important example for my young daughter. I ditched soda last year and have changed the products I use to clean my home to more plant based ones.
In reading up about the many non surgical options out there I am curious to see which ones I would be a good candidate for. I'm not interested in have some drastic change where I wouldn't recognize myself, instead I'm looking for more of a preventative treatment.
